After testing Sonarworks Reference 4 and Toneboosters Morphit, I came up with 2 very different results, and they are so radically different that Im sure one of them must be way be. I also tried the Phonitor amps but was not happy as everything in the lower registers almost disappeared and became "limp": very compressed and not dynamic or impactful at all.
Hello fellow musicians, I know that headphone mixing will never be ideal, but Im trying to make the best out of it. I tried Isone, but only briefly, and to me it seemed to be a bit "muddy", losing/masking some low-level detail, compared to CanOpener. Some of us prefer GoodHertz CanOpener, which doesn't attempt a room simulation.
